研究领域

复杂系统状态监测、诊断、预测及健康管理;智能运维;人工智能在工业中的应用。面向提高复杂系统可靠性、维护性、测试性和安全保证性,提高运维效率的需求,研究设备运行状态实时监测、传感数据特征提取、状态类型在线诊断(fault/statediagnostics)、状态发展趋势预测(statedegradationprognostics)、剩余寿命预测(remainingusefullifeprediction)、预防性维护策略建模(predictivemaintenancemodeling)等关键技术,致力于实现基于车间实时监测数据的设备状态诊断和预测,形成复杂系统状态监测诊断预测及健康管理技术体系,为智能运维提供关键技术和系统支撑。

所关注的对象包括轴承(bearing)、减速箱(gear box)、滚珠丝杠副(ball screw)等旋转机械(rotary  machine),以及数控机床的刀具(machine tools)、直线进给系统等子系统。

对于设备状态预测,所研究的技术体系包括基于模型的预测(model-based prognostics)及数据驱动的预测(data-driven  prognostics)。前者包括扩展卡尔曼滤波(extended Kalman filter),  粒子滤波(particle filter), 贝叶斯参数估计(Bayesian  estimation)等方法,后者包括神经网络(neural network)及深度学习方法(deep learning)在设备诊断及预测上的应用,例如长短期记忆网络(long-short term memory network, LSTM),卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network, CNN)等。

对于设备状态诊断,所研究的技术体系包括支持向量机(support vector machine, SVM,BP神经网络(BP neural network),长短期记忆网络(long-short term memory network, LSTM)等分类方法。

所采集的信号主要为振动信号(vibration signal),所研究的特征提取方法包括小波包分解(wavelet packet decomposition)、功率谱熵(power spectrum entropy)、瞬时频率(instantaneous  frequency)的时频分析方法。
